Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using VaultDesk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be the minimum age required in your region and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account credentials.

3. The Marketplace

VaultDesk helps buyers discover local vendors and make and negotiate offers, and helps vendors list inventory and manage their business. VaultDesk is a venue: transactions, fulfillment, condition, authenticity, and payment are arranged between the buyer and the vendor. In-app payment is not provided in this version; any payment happens off-app and is solely between buyer and vendor. VaultDesk is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for them.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, offers, messages, collection data) and grant VaultDesk a license to host and display it to operate the service.

You agree NOT to post or send content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users.

5. Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement

You can report objectionable content or abusive users and block users in the app. We review every report and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We commit to acting on reports of objectionable content or abusive conduct within 24 hours of receipt.

To report content or a user, use the report button inside the app, or email safety@vaultdesk.cards. We will acknowledge and act on each report promptly.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Vendors may only list items they are legally permitted to sell. Counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise unlawful goods are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

Card names, images, and game trademarks belong to their respective owners. VaultDesk and its logos are our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the app.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultDesk disclaims all warranties, express or implied. VaultDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for disputes between buyers and vendors. Our total liability to you for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using VaultDesk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

10. End User License Agreement (EULA)

VaultDesk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VaultDesk app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by law.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Any user found to be distributing objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users will have their account immediately suspended or terminated. Reports of such conduct are reviewed and actioned within 24 hours. This commitment applies to all user-generated content in the app, including but not limited to offers, messages, and storefront text.

This license is automatically revoked if you violate any part of these Terms. Apple, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA for VaultDesk distributed via the App Store, and may enforce it against you. VaultDesk, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.

11. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
